Valley. Representing Simply Elegant Catering in four chambers of commerce,
Sam has had the experience of coordinating events that have ranged
in numbers from 500 to 15,000.

Maggie
Johnson is the Sous Chef for Simply Elegant Catering. She
has been with the company for more than three years. Her interest
in food started at the age of fourteen which ultimately lead to her
current career. With a career in art and photography and an eye for
details, Maggie decided to take her creativity in a whole new direction.
